Each individual may register and maintain only one cub99 Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is prohibited. cub99 employs technical measures to detect duplicate account registration. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your cub99 Account, you must notify the cub99 support team immediately via the in-platform live chat. cub99 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Members are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the cub99 Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. cub99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using the auto-logout feature when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.
cub99 accepts deposits via the following methods available in Malaysia: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted methods may vary by Member location, account tier, and applicable regulations. cub99 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits apply to all payment methods. Before processing any withdrawal from a cub99 Account, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) the Member's KYC verification must be complete and current; (b) any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled or Bonus Funds forfeited; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available Real Funds balance; and (d) no active fraud investigation or AML review may be pending on the Account.

Withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet and Boost typically settle within 5–30 minutes of processing approval. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts typically settle within the same business day. Members may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected by cub99's compliance monitoring systems may result in immediate account suspension and funds held pending investigation.
All Wagers placed on the cub99 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game, or event, as published on the Platform at the time the Wager is placed. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any Wager. In the event of ambiguity, the cub99 Trading Team's interpretation shall be final.
Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or event. cub99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results and to void markets where results are contested, the event is abandoned, or where material errors in odds pricing are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cub99 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers made available by cub99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of conflict between individual promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's cub99 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, valid game types, game contribution rates, and validity period are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets do not count towards wagering requirement fulfilment.
cub99 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, symmetrical wagering, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, cub99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel pending Wagers funded by Bonus Funds, and restrict or close the Member's cub99 Account.
Bonus Funds not activated or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's cub99 Account. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. The validity period commences from the date and time of bonus credit, as recorded in the Member's Account transaction history.
All content on the cub99 Platform — including but not limited to the cub99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of cub99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any cub99 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cub99's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim. cub99 expressly excludes liability for: (a) loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity; (b) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers; (c) losses arising from the Member's own failure to maintain account security; and (d) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be excluded at law.
cub99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cub99 determines that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected; (c) the Member poses an integrity risk to other users or to the Platform; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it. Where termination occurs for reasons other than Member misconduct, Real Funds balances will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified withdrawal method.
Members may voluntarily close their cub99 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending Wager settlements will be processed and remaining Real Funds balances returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method. Voluntary closure requests made under the Platform's self-exclusion programme are handled separately under cub99's Responsible Gaming policy.
cub99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cub99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the cub99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cub99 holds its international gaming operating licence. In the event of a dispute between cub99 and a Member arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the cub99 internal complaints process. Where resolution cannot be achieved internally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. For matters relating to Malaysian consumer protection law, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) may apply to the extent consistent with these Terms & Conditions.
